When trying to get a certain hourly rate...?

How Do I go about getting a good hourly wage when I'm about to get hired for a company? I'm applying to be a technician with this company (acey decey lighting) and I had my first interview.... I dont know when my second interview is but i pretty much know im going to get a second one. Should I ask for 15 dollars per Hour Starting wage, or just leave it up to them? I want to know how to ask right so that I dont end up not getting the job, because they might think that I want a higher wage then they want to give me.... this is my first job in this field (technician) So I dont really know how much to ask for. ( I live in Los Angeles, this job is in San fernando Valley) Please help me...
