when to call it quits on your job?

http://finance.yahoo.com/columnist/artic...

Has anyone read the featured article? I was amazed, today I was going to take a job offer. I'm sick of my job, I even asked a question about it earlier today.

1. You truly hate what you do.

Yes

2. You asked for a raise and the answer was ';no.';

No, but I'm sure I won't get one.

3. You work for a company you don't respect.

I don't have enough letters to explain why, but he sucks.

4. You work for a company that doesn't respect you.

He doesn't respect my hard work.

5. You're bored to death and not challenged.

My boss has made sure I don't get into any trainings, and keeps me from doign anything that's outside the things he wants me to do, even if is for the good of the department. I'm so bored doing what I do, and I'm not learning anything.

Anyone else thinking of quitting your job? Was the article helpful?
