Where to find an outsourcing job?

I am an Electrical/Computer engineering undergraduate and want to do some outsouring job such as data entry, data processing, quality assurace in my leisure time as an extra earning. And I am a Sri Lankan. I have access to ADSL internet line. Where can I find such job which will fix with the requirement? (It is preferred, if not need initial investment)
