Where can I get a grant for school if I have a federal felony?

I have a felony for illegal use of telecommunications it was considered a federal felony I was in jail for a total of 9 months. But I can vote and I was given some papers that said I was able to get a grant for school but at the time I was not wanting to. Now I have a family and would like to support them so I would like to go to school and get a degree.
