Where can I find a great job?

I am currently employed, but working part-time in retail, and I have a $360 car not to pay for every month. Also car insurance, credit cards, and other expenses. I find myself not ever having any money for myself and my mother. I always apply for jobs on-line but I get no where!! I have a high school diploma and I am going to college, but I need something now! Does any know where I can go or apply to that is decent and would give me a chance?
